HC-KB is a 2-component mortar system (special cement + water) to optimize the wear properties. The material is supplied as a dry cement in bags or buckets for the local processing and is extensively independet of the substrate geometry trowel firmly in variable layer thickness and can be introduced quickly.   

HC-KB ceramic concrete - functional materials are used in the folloing fields: With strong abrasive wear from liquid, solid and powdery media at higher temperatures of about +20° up to +220°C. Delivery as mortar for the local installation in highly abrasive wear from liquid, solid and powdery media at higher ambient temperatures/process temperatureys up to 1000°C, considerig the max permisssible materials - thermal shock resistance of 220°C. Delivery as ready sintered moulded part, installable according to drawings. In highly abrasive wear from liquid, solid and powdery media, suitable for very high process temperatures associated with extreme changes in temperature (eg 1000°C possible).
